Refund policy

Booking Terms & Conditions
• All Apnea Center services – in particular our courses, training packages and freediving
retreats – are paid in full at the time of reservation (the “booking”).
• Apnea Center bookings are non-refundable.
• We highly recommend getting a travel insurance as well as a dive accident insurance.
• Apnea Center bookings are valid as per the booked date(s) and time only.
• Rescheduling a training participation is allowed up to 48 hours in advance.
• Apnea Center reserves the right to cancel a scheduled training or retreat due to a lack of
participants; in such an instance Apnea Center will return all funds received.
• All training packages are valid only in the calendar year of purchase.
• Bookings will not be refundable in case of a no show or late rescheduling.
• Bookings are not refundable if the participant does not meet the requirements as
acknowledged at the time of booking.
• Bookings for trainings will be considered a no show if the customer fails to show up
within 15 minutes of their booked time slot
• Bookings or remaining training slots cannot be transferred.
• In case you are unable to join your booking due to your own misconduct you will not be
entitled to get refund.
• Parent/legal guardian must be present during any diving experience and provide written
consent for minors.
